About: Buchansk city united territorial community is an anthropogenic system created by society, which is completely determined by natural and economic laws, independent of the will and consciousness of society. Therefore, under modern conditions, there is a need to create an innovative environment in the communities of Ukraine with specialists who quickly master new technologies in the direction of ensuring the sustainable development of communities in the long term. The presence of professionals will lead to an increase in the level of productivity of the use of socio-ecological and economic resources, which will strengthen its rationality. The introduction of scientific and technical innovations will contribute to reducing the volume and rate of use of socio-ecological and economic resources, minimizing losses during the movement of resources in the form of logistical flows, and reducing the negative impact on the environment.
