About: The “White Chocolate” residential complex marked the beginning of a new neighborhood development in Pid Holoskom. Our task was to design a modern residential complex with an autonomous infrastructure to ensure the comfort of new residents. The buildings of varying heights create cozy inner spaces that feature recreational areas, children’s playgrounds, and sports facilities. The complex includes both underground and guest parking for residents and visitors.
